Asia’s rising global influence means its development path will shape the future of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Paris Agreement’s 1.5°C Climate Target, and the Global Biodiversity Framework. G2N exists to accelerate Asia’s transition toward sustainability while extending its impact to Africa, Latin America, and other critical regions.
Our Mission: To protect the ecological environment of Singapore and other Asian countries; To promote sustainable development in Singapore and Asia.
Our Vision: To build a healthy and diverse Asia and achieve harmonious development of society, environment and economy.

OUR TEAM
YUNZHU CHEN
Co-founder
Graduated with a Master Degree from University of Toronto, Yunzhu used to work as a field biologist with Canadian NGOs such as the Nature Conservancy of Canada, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority. She joined the Global Environmental Institute in 2016 and has been working in China and Southeast Asia community conservation program since.
JINGWEI ZHANG
Co-founder
Jingwei received a master’s degree in city planning from Boston University and joined the Global Environmental Institute afterwards in 2016. Since coming on board, Jingwei has researched extensively on the impacts of China’s overseas investments and trade, as well as promoting initiatives on countering wildlife trafficking.
